Rendez-vous at the gardens on the theme "Stone gardens, garden stones"

At the heart of this 22^e the stone will be valued in all its forms: fountains, waterfalls, bridges, walls, statues, garden furniture, caves, canals...

The Ministry of Culture gives you a meeting in 2,200 parks and gardens in France and around 600 gardens spread over 20 other European countries. On this occasion, many professionals (gardeners, owners, landscapers, botanists, guides...) will be mobilized to share with visitors their passion for gardens and their know-how.

For more than 20 years, the Rendez-vous aux jardins has been sponsored by the Ministry of Culture to allow visitors to discover exceptional parks and gardens throughout the country.

The event also gained a European dimension in 2018 on the occasion of the European Year of Cultural Heritage. 600 gardens have been opened to the public in some 20 countries (Andorra, Belgium, Croatia, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Switzerland, etc.).

This celebration is an opportunity to highlight the actions of private and public garden owners and the Ministry of Culture in restoring, conserving, maintaining and promoting this heritage.

For the first time this year, Participatory workshops initiated by the 2tons associationon the theme "Growing Our Future", will be offered throughout the territory to raise public awareness of the challenges of the ecological transition. The 2025 edition will offer throughout the weekend thousands of activities, for all audiences, novices and enlightened amateurs :

• educational workshops;
• demonstrations;
• exposures;
• musical walks;
• conferences;
• shows;
• etc.
